Conservation is key...

One of the key elements of a successful TU Chapter is an effective program in conservation. Our mission to protect and preserve cold water resources is met by engaging in projects such as stream restoration and clean-up. All BRTU members, family and friends are urged to participate in stream cleans. The fish and would like a clean stream!

BRTU hosts both spring and fall clean ups. Volunteers collect trash and debris along the river banks. It is an important part of our mission to preserve and protect our streams and rivers!

SCHEDULE:
  • Meet at the Mitchell River House at 9am on October 30
  • Get instructions and collect your trash bags and disburse to your designated location.
  • Meet back at at noon for collection.
  • Fish on your own afterwards.

    All sandwiches come with lettuce, tomato, & mayo.  Sandwiches are 1/3 the normal 8" size they serve, so if want to sample a couple, please let us know in the Comments.
