As mentioned last evening at the chapter meeting, please join us this Saturday morning for the stream clean on the Delayed Harvest section of the Ararat up in Mt. Airy. We'll meet at the bridge near Mt. Airy Middle School at 249 Hamburg St. (parking available at H.B. Rowe Park next to the middle school). CLICK ON ATTACHED MAP BELOW
We'll meet at 8:30, then spread out along the 2.2 mile section, clean up for a couple hours and meet back for a stream side lunch. After lunch, all are welcome to stay and fish before returning home. We'll also have a drawing for a Great Outdoor Provision Co. gift certificate among the stream clean group there. So please come up on Sat. to do something good for this close-by Blue Ridge TU home water that has provided many of us with some good fishing times this past year.
